If we were to describe Damion with three words it would be: personable, diligent and talented.
Right from the initial video call all the way through the process was a sheer delight. It didn’t take us long to find Damion’s work online and his portfolio said it all. At that point, we decided that Damion was going to be our wedding photographer.
He has a very reassuring and friendly personality which immediately put us at ease and one less thing to worry about on our big day. The engagement shoot was fantastic as it built our relationship with him and gave us a greater understanding of what we could expect on the big day.
On the big day he was very discreet, organised and planned the day out perfectly.
We received the photos when we were on our Honeymoon (which was perfectly timed). We loved the documentary style. Damion managed to capture every detail of the day, and all emotional moments.
The Queensberry album was stunning. It was difficult to narrow them down as they were all so beautiful.

Damion did an absolutely fantastic job photographing our wedding. He was so easygoing and comfortable to be around on the day – by the end he felt like one of our guests! He has a real talent that’s imperative but not always guaranteed in a wedding photographer: managing to be unobtrusive yet with the ability to command a room when needed, which is very important for the group shots!
We couldn’t have been happier with the photos – particularly given they were mostly inside or required artificial lighting, we were so impressed at the quality and beauty of the shots he got. His style is very natural, capturing all of the joy and emotion of the day on the faces of ourselves and our family and friends. We first met Damion when trying to find a wedding photographer and were so pleased by how friendly he was and how much he put us at ease- especially considering we really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for! He showed us lots of examples to give us ideas of shots and what sort of effect you could get.
We knew immediately we would book him! The engagement photo shoot in Richmond Park was well worth doing, not only for the amazing photos Damion gave us but also he got us used to different kinds of poses and how to be natural in front of the camera.
On the actual day itself, he managed to capture all of the best moments and get shots of all of our guests which is so worth it as they are moments that you don’t usually see as a bride and groom!
We are so happy with the photos we have and have already been sending them to family and friends to put on their walls! He managed to get perfect confetti shots which are hard to do and get a big whole group photo in front of the river so that we have one of all our of guests. We are thrilled with Damion and his photos and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
