Clare and Alex’s Wedding at Chenies Manor House Wedding:

I met Clare in Chorleywood where she was getting ready for the big day at a friends house overlooking the common. The morning was relaxed and calm as Clare, her bridesmaids, mum, dad and assorted family members gathered for the wedding. It was lovely to see all the neighbours come out and cheer as Clare made her way from the house to the wedding car an onto the church.

When I got to All Saints Church in Coleshill, Alex was waiting patiently, looking somewhat nervous as you might expect. This is a lovely church not far from my studio, with a relaxed and humorous vicar taking the service, it was Clare’s childhood church and so we took the time to get some family shots outside before making our way on to Chenies Manor House.

The weather gods were good to us and the sun shone all day, allowing guests to spill into the gardens at Chenies Manor, enjoying the hidden gems and even the maze. It was a great opportunity to capture some newlywed photographs of Clare and Alex as the sun was setting and the light at its best.
